By downloading, installing, or using the Ride Qual mobile application ("App") and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Ride Qual provides vehicle telemetry analysis, road quality mapping, and passenger comfort insights using your device's sensors. The analysis is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Safety & Disclaimer

You agree to use the App safely and in compliance with all local traffic laws. Ride Qual is not liable for any accidents, damages, or violations resulting from distracted driving or use of the App.

The "Car Health" and "Service" insights are estimates based on vibration data and do not replace professional mechanical inspection.

4. User Data

We collect sensor data (accelerometer, GPS, audio levels) to provide the service. You retain ownership of your specific ride data, but grant us a license to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms and road quality maps.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

To delete your account, please contact us. We will process your request typically within 1-3 days.
